“This was once truly a great school. There are some good teachers, but basically because many of the other neighborhood schools closed like Harvey Rice, in came a different group of kids. Also, why would you take a once good school, then open a bad boy(the techinal term is continuation school for those cannot function like the rest of the kids in school) school right next to a K-8, and then a few blocks up the street allow adult education (Lifeskills 16-21 year olds) all in this area! And the killing part was nobody had the wherewithal to protest or complain. Not the parents, not the teachers, and not the principal. And we wonder we the schools in this city are so bad off. Tragic! Tragic! Donald”
