My husband travels EVERY week for business and stays in either a Hilton or Marriott hotel (he's Diamond with one and Gold with the other) so he has a good frame of reference to qualify "good" and this hotel was great. We live in Florida and had a family funeral in Cleveland to attend. A lot of other family were traveling to the funeral too so we contacted this hotel and they were GREAT....made all the arrangements, called me back to confirm, actually gave us an extra room for free because they were out of double/doubles (only had Kings). Everything from the rooms, the staff, the restaurant, everything was superb. We felt like "family". Highly recommend.
