The Shaker Heights Library blends in with the cultured feeling of the town itself.The city is or used to be one of the richest suburbs of Cleveland so that the archetecture of the library fits in with the beutifu stone work so prevalent. The library's collection is intelligent and varied although medium in size.It links with the other Cuyahoga County libraries for a vast selection.

This is a nice, quiet library that has a lot to offer a child to keep them busy. They can look through books, play with toys, play games on the computer, or play outside on their wooden play area. Compared to other libraries in the area, it's a very nice place to go.

I have taken my daughter to storytime here and she loves it. they have computer games to play. They also have a playgroup that is in session tues, weds.,and thurs. The kids can play with toys, playdough, draw pictures etc. The imagination can be limitless.
